I have noticed that quite a few folks wander here to see who and what.
Well once upon a time in the day a family moved from the country to the city. And rather than doing this the easy way (not being the sort to do things the easy way) they bought a wee house that needed a LOT of work. On the Little Street. And as that house had a history (as in before ourselves bought it there had been plans to tear it down – IMAGINE) I thought that it would be a good thing if we let folks on the Little Street know what we were doing.
That’s how it started.
Then I discovered that it was also a way to maintain what is left of my sanity (five months later). And then I had a eye to slurping the whole thing up in the end and putting it in book form so as to chronicle the year of sucking it up. That was idea number 2.
Mostly it’s about keeping my sanity.
Thanks for visiting. Do come again. Leave a message (comment) if you can. I love comments. Really.
